Lead & Motivate: the player leads the most important research & development departments and assembles a strong and motivating management team

Ensure financing: ensure the financing of your company

Our serious game project ”Pharma R&D Pipeline Manager” is going into the next development phase. “Pharma RD Pipeline Manager” will be an engaging educational business simulation. Players will step into the dynamic world of pharmaceutical research and development, navigating the intricate journey from initial drug discovery through clinical trials to regulatory approval. This interactive experience will offer valuable insights into pharma project management, business development, financials, patient safety and the critical impact of leadership and organizational culture on employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and overall success.
So far we have interviewed 30 pharma experts with experience from over 32 Pharma- and Biotech-companies to develop the game concept and a first Prototype.Over the coming weeks, we’ll be presenting on our Innopede LinkedIn Page planned functionalities (game ideas, screens, game principles) to gather your expert feedback – whether you’re a seasoned pharma R&D professional or an avid gamer. Your honest insights are crucial in helping us optimize the game and the overall gaming experience.

Innopede GAMES project G-0004E will be a Business Simulation/Educational Game for Pharmaceutical R&D and will focus on managing a Research & Development Pipeline and Organization.
Innopede GAMES project G-0001 (official title announcement coming soon) is now in Beta Test Phase. Currently we are kicking things off with a browser-based beta to give you a taste of the action. The game is planned for ANDROID, iOS Devices, Windows PC and MacOS.
